3 c. Watermelon
1 c. Strawberries
1/3 c. Lime juice
2 tbsp. Sugar or simple syrup
Pinch of Sea salt
1/2 c. Silver tequila
1/2 c. Triple Sec
1. Chop watermelon into 1-inch cubes. Trim stems from strawberries and either halve or quarter, depending on size.
2. Place fruit in a large airtight container and freeze for several hours or overnight.
3. When you’re ready to serve, combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into your favorite glass and garnish with a few extra froze watermelon cubes or strawberries.

This margarita recipe uses frozen fruit and just enough simple syrup to balance the tequila. If you plan to make these for a party, prep the fruit day before so that it is well frozen – or you can always serve them on the rocks!
